 Model Number Medium Index / ST11MS

Introduction

ST11MS is a heat curable coating material to be used for casted plastic lenses. It is composed of silicone monomers, titanium dioxide and solvents and is semitransparent yellow color liquid.

Application

Coating on casted plastic lenses ;

NK-55 lenses or other lenses with medium refractive index

  • Excellent scratch / abrasion resistance
  • Excellent retention of transparency
  • Excellent weather resistance

Processing Introductions

  • Coating : Dip Coating
  • Curing : 70~80°C, 10min(First) / 110~120°C, 2hr(Second)

Storage and Handling

  • Shelf life : 3 months at -10°C, 2 months at 7°C
  • Coating should be done at RH < 50%
