Introduction
ST11GN-161 is a heat curable coating material to be used for high refractive index lenses. It is composed of silicone monomers, titanium dioxide and solvents and is yellow color liquid.
Application
Coating on casted plastic lenses ;
MR-8, MR-7 lenses and other high refractive index lenses

Processing Introductions
- Coating : Dip Coating
- Curing : 70~80°C, 10min(First) / 110~120°C, 2hr(Second)
Storage and Handling
- Shelf life : 3 months at -10°C, 2 months at 7°C
- Coating should be done at RH< 50%
